Two levels of support are available based on the urgency of the support issue.
Premium Support
Premium support is designed for customers needing an instant
answer to a question and need to speak to a live representative. Premium support
is available during normal business hours and limited availability on weekends
upon request. The Premium Support phone number is the Cattlesoft sales line;
toll free 877-99-LONGHORN (877-995-6644).
A total of 3 premium incidents are included with your
Cattlesoft, Inc. purchase with additional incidents available for purchase at $35 per
incident.

Support
Free support is designed for customers not needing an
instant/live answer to a question. Options include using the self-help
resources such as the manual and website as well as E-mail. There is no
limit on the number of free support incidents.
