Cattlesoft, Inc. Refund Policy
Fully functional evaluation version
Cattlesoft Inc's products are all downloadable, fully functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide a free 30 day trial version of our software for your convenience to fully evaluate our products. During your trial period, our support staff is available to assist in installation and configuration via email, and if necessary, limited telephone support is offered (in addition to our variety of online resources).
Replacement of defective media
Cattlesoft, Inc. will replace any defective media (CD-ROM) at no charge if notified by customer within 90 days of purchase. A charge of $10 for replacement media may apply after the 90 day period, at Cattlesoft's discretion.
No Refund after payment is approved
If you purchase one of our products, after your credit card or check is approved, an email or printed receipt will be sent to you with the ranch name and serial number to unlock the software. Once this information is sent to you, there will be no refunds given. As are the practices of many software companies, we do not offer a refund on the software once a serial number has been issued. It is not possible to return a registered software product and there is no physical product to return.
Changes to Refund Policy
Cattlesoft, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the Cattlesoft website.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims
All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
