1. How is the software delivered?
   
   • Have Trial CD and E-mail Address - all purchase information will be sent by E-mail. No information is sent by postal mail. (Within 1 business day)
     
     
   • Have Trial Download and E-mail Address - purchase information will be sent by E-mail. A CD will be mailed for backup and in case you ever need to reinstall. (Within 1 business day)
     
     
   • Have Trial CD and no E-mail Address - purchase information will be sent by US Mail, unless a fax number is provided when ordering. (Immediately by fax, within 7 business days for mail)
     
     
   • No Trial CD or Trial Download - all information, including a CD, will be sent by mail. (Within 7 business days)
   
   
2. What is the difference between the registered/purchased and trial versions?
   The trial version is limited to 30 days from the installation date and also contains a limit on the total number of active cattle. Some features such as importing and exporting of data may be unavailable.
   
   
3. How long does it take to process my order?
   Most orders are processed the same business day. If you already have a CD and an E-mail address, your receipt and purchase information will be e-mailed when the order is processed. For other orders, the information is mailed upon the order being processed.
   
   
4. How do I order the software online?
   The software can be ordered online 24 hours a day via our website. For more information on ordering online, see the LonghornMax Online Order Page.
   
   
5. How do I order the software by phone/mail/fax?
   For ordering offline, orders are accepted by phone, mail, fax, and in person at tradeshows. For more information on ordering online, see the LonghornMax Phone/Mail/Fax Order Page.
   
   
6. Is my online order safe?
   All online orders are over a secure server to ensure your protection.
   
   
7. I have requested my records from the TLBAA. How long will this take and how do I import the records?
   Please ensure you have provided your member number when ordering. The herd download process can take up to one week, but is usually completed sooner. When we receive your records from the TLBAA, you will receive an E-mail with instructions on accessing them.
