ITLA Interface
ITLA Forms
LonghornMax is able to automatically complete the ITLA forms, including the registration and transfer forms. Simply enter the information for the individual animal's record (such as name, date of birth, owner, etc) and LonghornMax completes the form based on the records. The forms can be sent to ITLA electronically by email or by print.
The forms can be accessed in LonghornMax CS by clicking the "External Data" tab.
Forms include:
- Registration Application
- Transfer Form
- Transfer by Lease
- AI Sire Enrollment Form
- AI Breeding & Embryo Transfer Certificate
